Our staff

The best church leader is a team. At Cultivating Wholeness & Restoration International Ministries Inc., we’re blessed with an outstanding group of dedicated believers and spiritual leaders who conduct services, run events and keep our community on a clear spiritual path. We are an Apostolic Church operating under the power of the Holy Spirit in the name of Jesus Chirst; where miracles, signs and wonders are performed.

Senior Pastor Dr. Troy Walker, Pastor of New Beginnings House of Worship,
Inc./Director of Men's Ministry

Dr. Walker is the husband of Dr. Kim Warfield-Walker. He is the Senior Pastor of New Beginnings House of Worship, Inc. since 2019, and he teaches the fundamentals of how to live a life of wholeness, the way God intends for us to live. He was brought to Delaware to tend to his parents and met Dr. Kim where she was working in ministry and prepared him to become the Pastor of the church. He now is working diligently to preach the word of God in Delaware and helping his wife, the Chief Apostle, in Cultivating Wholeness & Restoration International Ministries.

Apostle Dr. David McIntosh, Director of Theological Studies

Dr. McIntosh has been in Cultivating Wholeness & Restoration International Ministries , Inc since 2016. He has taught Hebrew and was previously the Pastor of New beginnings House of Worship Inc.in Delaware. He is now the Director of the Theological Studies Department and will be teaching, ordinating students who will complete our course, and may have a call to become a spiritual leader. Dr. McIntosh is also the Director of our Media Department.

Overseer Dr. Lethonia McIntosh, Administrator

Overseer Dr. McIntosh, is the wife of Dr. David McIntosh. She has been with Cultivating Wholeness & Restoration Ministries, Inc. since the beginning of the ministry. She previously worked with Dr. Kim at Worship Church of Ministries, Inc. in Brooklyn, New York. She re-located to Dover, Delaware met her husband Bishop David and both were the Pastors of New Beginnings House of Worship, Inc. in Delaware. She is now the Administrator of Cultivating Wholeness & Restoration International Ministries, Inc. where she works diligently with Dr. Walker.

Overseer Dr. Tina Andrews, Director of Women's Ministry

Overseer Dr. Tina Andrews re-located from Brooklyn, New York to Dover, Delaware, where she works with women in ministry. She met Dr. Kim Warfield-Walker at NYPD in 1994 and stayed with her to build the Worship Church of God Ministries, Inc. She now is the Armor-Bearer to Dr. Kim Warfield-Walker and the secretary of New Beginning House of Worship Inc. She also has a ministry called Women's Talk on the first and last Friday of the month at 7pm on zoom. Meeting number 82277590432; pass code # Kva7z3. All are welcome.

Evangelist Joselyn Louise Reid-Sullivan Author; CEO of Pampering Moms; Ministry-Spiritual Growth Ministries on social media

Evangelist Joselyn Louise Reid-Sullivan, ordained in October of 2022 through Cultivating Wholeness & Restoration Int'l Ministries and under the leadership of Dr. Kim Warfield-Walker. Her choice of study is Social Work; she is pursuing her God given assignments for the edifying of God's Kingdom. Evangelist Joselyn Louise Reid-Sullivan also ministers through Spiritual Growth Ministries on social media spreading the good news about Jesus Christ-saving lives and touching souls.
